Resolutions of the general meeting of CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. held on 19 April 2012
CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs the capital markets that the Company held its annual general meeting on 19 April 2012. The Company's annual general meeting has passed the following resolutions (according to Section 238 (3) of Act IV of 2006 on business companies, the Board of Directors of the Company shall file the minutes taken on the annual general meeting with the Court of Registration within thirty (30) days of closing of the general meeting):

Extraordinary announcement of change in the chief executive officer of CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc.
CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. (registered seat: H-1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1; company registry number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter “the Company”) hereby notifies its shareholders and other capital market participants that as of 18 April 2012 Csaba Gaál, CEO of the Company, has resigned from his positions as CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, furthermore, as Member of the Board of CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance Ltd. He is replaced in his position as CEO of the Company by dr. Ottó Csurgó, who is at the same time Chief Executive Officer of CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance Ltd. Csaba Gaál continues to work for the Company as chief actuary until 31 December 2012. The Board of Directors of the Company expects from the joint management of the two insurance companies of CIG Group to better exploit synergy and to further improve cost efficiency.

This new generation unit-linked life insurance developed jointly with BROKERNET Ltd. will support the successful, long term cooperation of the two companies.
