Extraordinary announcement by CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. on the transaction of its executive employee with CIGPANNONIA shares
CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. (registered seat: H-1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1.; company registry number: Cg.01-10-045857, the “Company”) hereby notifies its Esteemed Shareholders and capital market players that Mr. Béla Horváth, Chaiman of the Board of Directors of the Company today sold, outside stock exchange trading, within the framework of the Company’s management incentive scheme, 72,500 pieces (that is, seventy-two thousand five hundred) CIGPANNONIA shares at a price of HUF 40/share.
After the transaction, Mr. Béla Horváth is the owner of 4.146.125 pieces (that is, four million one hundred and forty-six thousand one hundred and twenty-five) CIGPANNONIA shares.
