Extraordinary announcement on CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc’s organizational changes
CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. (registered seat: H-1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1.; company registry number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the „Company”) notifies its Esteemed Shareholders and the capital market players that by decision of the Board of Directors, in the interest of more efficient operation it has established a branch in Debrecen.
In order to give key role to its product innovation developments the Company has established an independent branch office. With the establishment of the branch the Company wishes to develop also its Eastern-Hungarian activity.
